The Semi-DIY Holiday Photo Session gives you the best of both worlds—time to capture your own moments plus professional help when you want it. Each session is 30 minutes total: 15 minutes DIY: Use our holiday-themed studio space, complete with professional lighting, backdrops, and props. Snap your own photos using your phone or camera. 15 minutes assisted: One of our skilled attendants will step in and take photos for you—using your device—so you can relax, pose, and be fully present in your holiday memories. This option is perfect for: Families who want a mix of casual and polished photos Couples who’d like a few pro-guided shots along with their own creativity Anyone who doesn’t want to worry about setting up every shot themselves Here’s what’s included: 30 minutes in our holiday studio space 15 minutes for your own DIY photos 15 minutes with an attendant capturing photos on your phone/camera Access to professional lighting and festive props Session price covers up to 4 guests Add additional guests for $10 per person 📸 How it works Start off by capturing your own images, then hand over your camera or phone to our trained attendant for the rest of the session. They’ll help with framing, posing tips, and making sure everyone’s in the shot. 💳 Booking & Payment Full pre-payment is required to reserve your session. Please review our cancellation policy before booking. ✨ Important Notes Sessions run back-to-back, so please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. An additional guest fee applies for more than 4 participants. Children must be supervised at all times. Capture the holidays your way—with just the right balance of DIY fun and professional support.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy – Pop-Up Photo Shop We understand that life happens and plans can change. To respect everyone’s time, please review our cancellation policy before booking your session: Cancellations 72+ hours before your session You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. A full refund will be issued if you’ve prepaid. Cancellations within 72–24 hours of your session You may reschedule your appointment once at no additional fee. If you prefer to cancel, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations within 24 hours or No-Shows Payments are non-refundable. Sessions missed without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Sessions that start late due to client tardiness may be shortened to avoid impacting other appointments. Pop-Up Event Specifics Because pop-up sessions are limited and sell out quickly, rescheduling is subject to availability at the same event only.
