The Premium Holiday Session offers a full 30 minutes with one of our professional photographers, ensuring you leave with polished images and beautiful printed keepsakes. During your session, our photographer will: Guide you through poses for natural, flattering looks Capture high-quality images using professional equipment and lighting Make sure every detail—outfits, props, and backgrounds—comes together perfectly This option is perfect for: Families who want heirloom-quality portraits Couples or individuals who want standout holiday images Anyone who values both digital and printed keepsakes Here’s what’s included: 30 minutes in our fully styled holiday studio Professional photographer capturing your session Access to all props, lighting, and backdrops Session price covers up to 4 guests (add additional guests for $10 each) Image delivery: Includes 5 professionally edited digital images of your choice Print package: Receive 3 prints of your choice — two 5x7s and one 11x14, perfect for framing or gifting 📸 How it works After your session, you’ll receive an online gallery where you can select your included images and order more if you’d like. Your chosen prints will be prepared with professional quality and ready to display or gift. 💳 Booking & Payment Full pre-payment is required to reserve your time. Please review our cancellation policy before booking. ✨ Important Notes Sessions run back-to-back, so please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Additional guest fee applies for more than 4 participants. Children must be supervised at all times.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy – Pop-Up Photo Shop We understand that life happens and plans can change. To respect everyone’s time, please review our cancellation policy before booking your session: Cancellations 72+ hours before your session You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. A full refund will be issued if you’ve prepaid. Cancellations within 72–24 hours of your session You may reschedule your appointment once at no additional fee. If you prefer to cancel, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations within 24 hours or No-Shows Payments are non-refundable. Sessions missed without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Sessions that start late due to client tardiness may be shortened to avoid impacting other appointments. Pop-Up Event Specifics Because pop-up sessions are limited and sell out quickly, rescheduling is subject to availability at the same event only.
