The DIY Holiday Photo Session gives you 30 minutes of private studio time with professional lighting, seasonal backdrops, and all the cozy details to make your photos shine. This session is perfect for: Families who want stress-free holiday card photos Couples looking for a fun and festive experience Friends who want to create lasting memories together Anyone who loves the idea of a professional setup—without the pressure of a formal photoshoot Here’s what’s included: 30 minutes of studio time with holiday backgrounds and optional props Use of professional lighting to make your photos look great Space for up to 4 people per session (additional people may join for a small fee) Option to bring your own camera, phone (we’ll have phone stands and camera tripods available for rent) 📸 How it works You take the photos—you’re in control of the camera! Pose, laugh, and enjoy the holiday spirit while capturing authentic memories in a professional space. 💳 Booking & Payment Half pre-payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Please review our cancellation policy before reserving. ✨ Important Notes Please arrive on time. Sessions are booked back-to-back, so late arrivals may result in shorter session times. Max group size: 4 per session. Children must be supervised at all times. Make this holiday season extra special with photos that reflect you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy – Pop-Up Photo Shop We understand that life happens and plans can change. To respect everyone’s time, please review our cancellation policy before booking your session: Cancellations 72+ hours before your session You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. A full refund will be issued if you’ve prepaid. Cancellations within 72–24 hours of your session You may reschedule your appointment once at no additional fee. If you prefer to cancel, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations within 24 hours or No-Shows Payments are non-refundable. Sessions missed without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Sessions that start late due to client tardiness may be shortened to avoid impacting other appointments. Pop-Up Event Specifics Because pop-up sessions are limited and sell out quickly, rescheduling is subject to availability at the same event only.
